Connecting to a BT Hub

Some of you have been reporting difficulties connecting through a BT Hub4 or BT Hub5.

Try this:

1. Login to router
2. Goto advanced settings
3. Home network
4. Smart setup
5. Disable smart setup.

Your OpenView should now work perfectly.
