- Don't turn off OpenView by pulling out the Micro USB power cable or simply switching off at the mains supply. The software will become corrupted and you will no longer be able to use OpenView.
- Do turn off OpenView from the Home screen bottom left icon. This will gracefully close down OpenView software AND please wait for 10 seconds before turning off the mains supply.
- Don't keep pulling out and plugging in the Micro USB power cable; the Micro USB socket will certainly get broken one day!
- Do stop streams properly! If you are watching or listening to a stream then eject (stop) the stream before selecting another stream.
- Do visit this site if you encounter an operational problem. We will keep the site updated if any of the main services are down i.e. 1channel.
